At a very high level, those problems are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Slow payments from existing streaming services &#8211; existing music services take forever to pay the artists<\/li><li>Lack of earnings breakdown &#8211; sometimes it&#8217;s really just not clear how much you&#8217;ve made on a per-stream basis<\/li><li>Playlist curators &#8211; most music services do not offer financial incentives to creating playlists &#8211; Choon does!<\/li><li>Contracts\/labels\/legal overheads &#8211; splitting earnings between members of a group can be painful. Legal contracts have to be drawn up, which add to the cost. All of this &#8220;admin&#8221; comes at a cost, and each management tier along the way take a cut, meaning the artists earn less and less<\/li><li>No need to have investments in cryptocurrency &#8211; simply signup as an artist, upload your (unsigned) music, and start earning Notes!<\/li><li>It&#8217;s available now! It&#8217;s note a pipe-dream like a lot of other blockchain based music services.
