Since the v2.0.0.0 update, I’ve had a report of Emergency Alert not auto-launching when a device is rebooted. I have been working with BlackBerry and can confirm this is a known issue – please refer to this article if you are having issues with Emergency Alert auto-running on startup for a possible workaround, and further info.
