Just a quick post – I’ve been noticing my BB10 devices haven’t been roaming across my 2 access points properly since I had them really. They always seem to latch onto the weakest access point available for some reason.
It looks like this might be by design for whatever reason.
To enable Wi-Fi roaming (or Inter-Access point Handover, by it’s real name), go to:
Settings –> Network Connections –> Wi-Fi –> Saved (bottom of the screen) –> Your SSID –> Scroll to bottom and turn on the “Inter-Access point Handover” option, as in the screenshot below.
Now all my devices are using the access point with the best signal!
